Super dashboard doesn’t work [2025-10-20 9:20 CZ time]
We’ve noticed that Super dashboard doesn’t work properly and are working on it. This started around 9:00 CZ time.
- What’s happening: It’s not possible to log in to the Super dashboard - the page immediately logs out right after signing in.
- Why: One of the services we use - AWS - has a major outage, which has also caused issues in app.super.so.
- What this means for you: Unfortunately, it’s not possible to log in to the dashboard at the moment, so no changes or updates can be made right now.
- Workaround: We kindly ask for your patience - we’re working on a fix to ensure our app functions properly regardless of AWS status. We’re really sorry for the interruption and appreciate your patience. If you still see any issues, please get in touch with support at hello@super.so.
